Your first consultation and treatment plan are free. If you decide to go ahead, AxiomMed charges a coordination fee of 18% of the total amount of the services we arrange for you, such as treatment, accommodation and transfers. Flights are only included when you book them through us.You receive the full price in writing, including our fee, before you commit to anything. There are no hidden costs. Hotels can be chosen to suit your preference and budget, and assistance can be full-time or only during medical visits.The exact terms are in our Terms and Conditions.
We will request some of your medical records, which will be reviewed remotely by the chosen clinic. The evaluation usually takes only a few working days for the doctors to examine your case. In many cases treatment can start within a few weeks, depending on the clinic's schedule and your case.
