2. Scope of Services
AxiomMed provides coordination and facilitation services for medical travel.
Our services may include:
• arranging consultations with partner clinics
• coordinating travel arrangements such as flights and accommodation
• facilitating communication between clients and partner clinics
• organizing treatment logistics
AxiomMed acts as a facilitator and coordinator between clients and independent third-party providers including clinics, hospitals, hotels, airlines, and other service providers.
All medical treatments are performed exclusively by independent clinics and licensed medical professionals. AxiomMed does not provide medical services or medical advice.
3. Medical Consultations
Medical consultations are typically conducted before travel to determine whether the client is eligible for treatment.
Consultations may occur:
• directly between the client and the treating doctor via video consultation
• through AxiomMed acting as an intermediary based on medical records provided by the client
Acceptance for treatment is determined solely by the treating clinic or medical professional. AxiomMed cannot guarantee that a clinic will accept a client for treatment.
4. Pricing and Payments
The total cost of services is based on the treatment plan provided by the partner clinic and the travel arrangements required.
AxiomMed charges a service fee of 8% of the total invoice amount for coordination and facilitation services.
The client pays the full invoice amount to AxiomMed, which includes:
• the cost of medical treatment
• travel and accommodation arrangements
• the AxiomMed service fee
Upon payment, AxiomMed distributes the relevant payments to clinics and travel providers on behalf of the client.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
If a partner clinic determines that the client is not eligible for treatment, the portion of the payment related to medical treatment will be fully refunded, or an alternative clinic or treatment option may be offered if available.
In such cases, the 8% service fee will also be refunded.
Refunds for travel services such as flights depend on the policies of the relevant airline or travel provider and whether tickets have already been issued.
If travel bookings have not yet been confirmed, AxiomMed will make reasonable efforts to cancel arrangements without additional cost.
If bookings have already been made, refunds will depend on the cancellation conditions of the airline, hotel, or other travel provider.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
• providing accurate and complete personal and medical information
• ensuring they meet travel requirements such as passports, visas, and health documentation
• following instructions provided by clinics or medical professionals
AxiomMed shall not be responsible for consequences resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the client.
7. Liability
AxiomMed acts solely as a facilitator of services provided by third-party providers.
AxiomMed is not liable for the actions, omissions, quality of services, or outcomes of treatments provided by partner clinics or medical professionals.

AxiomMed does not guarantee medical outcomes or treatment results.
