   AxiomMed facilitates medical tourism services, including arranging medical appointments, travel, and accommodation in collaboration with partner clinics and service providers.
   
   1. We act as an intermediary between clients and third-party providers (e.g., clinics, hospitals, hotels, airlines).
   2. All services are tailored to the individual client’s needs. No direct purchases can be made through the website.
   3. Clients contract with AxiomMed for the organization of services, while actual medical treatment is delivered by independent third parties.
3. User Eligibility:
   Our website is open to all users. No registration is required to access the website.

4. Pricing, Payments & Refunds:
   Service costs are tailored based on each client’s requirements. A retainer of €3,000 is required when the client agrees to our services. Final costs are based on the actual price of medical services received. If the cost is lower than anticipated, the difference will be refunded. In the case that the cost is higher, the client is required to pay the additional amount. Refunds for cancellations depend on the policies of third-party providers and cannot be guaranteed by AxiomMed.

   AxiomMed acts solely as a facilitator. We are not liable for the actions, omissions, or outcomes of third-party providers. Medical outcomes, procedures, or treatments are the sole responsibility of the treating clinic or doctor.AxiomMed does not provide medical advice or guarantee treatment results.
